Part-Time Medical Receptionist - River Wey Medical Practice

We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our friendly team at the River Wey Medical Practice in Farnham.  We are a busy and expanding GP surgery within a small family Practice. The successful applicant should have excellent people skills, be a strong and flexible team player, computer literate and able to work on their own initiative.

The successful candidate must be flexible and able to provide extra cover when needed as well as having;

- A friendly, professional and courteous manner

- Be capable of working in a busy environment

- Be adept at answering questions and dealing with patient queries

- Complete administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner

- Be motivated and work well as part of a team

- Be flexible

- Be fully IT literate

Previous experience of working in a medical practice and using EMIS web (a medical computer system) is desirable but not essential.

Starting pay £8.00 rising to £8.37 on completion of probation period.  Hours of work - 20 hours over 3 days;

Monday              8am- 2pm

Wednesday        7:30am- 5pm

Friday                  12 noon – 5pm
